Furrybaby Return & Exchange Policy
At Furrybaby, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns (For the Health of All Pets) Due to the hygiene requirements of pet products, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Complete Packaging: All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (including manuals and free gifts) must be returned.

No Hair or Residue: To ensure the safety of other pets, items must be free of pet hair, dander, or odors. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
3. Shipping Costs

Quality Issues: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, Furrybaby will cover all return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons: If you wish to return an item due to "change of mind," "wrong size selected," or "personal preference," the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. How to Start a Return

Submit a Request: Contact our support team via email at nbzhituo@163.com with your order number and reason for return.

Ship the Item: Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return warehouse address. Please ship the item back to us using a trackable service.

Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Consumables: Items such as pet treats, supplements, or grooming liquids cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible for this policy.
